studio assistant

Looking to add an open minded and flexible individual with an eye for detail and design and who is eager to take on challenges. 

Duties 

Will include but are not limited to : Provide organisational and administrative support to the director and team: manage/assist for the diaries, answer telephone and door, client meeting set ups, courier bookings, book travels, arrange/assist with planning company events, ordering stationery/materials/studio consumables etc., ensures the workstation and surrounding area is well organised.

Provide assistance for shootings.

Obtaining sign-offs, delivering artwork to proofs and ensuring that proofs are signed off by all relevant parties.

Assist with overseeing accounts/ finance (Orders management,  follow-up of invoicing in connection with providers and accounting, assisting team with all accountancy duties.

Skills

Extremely organised 

Able to multitask

Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team

Familiarity with Macintosh OS

Strong Excel Ical, Powerpoint, Keynote

Fluent French and English both written and spoken.

business development manager

You will be in charge of the development of the studio, in close collaboration with Yorgo Tloupas, with the support of the project managers and the creative teams.
Strategic duties
Positioning and promoting the studio, strategic decision-making, ability to become the spokesperson for Yorgo&Co’s mission.
Identification of potential growth areas.
Market watch: analysis of brand ecosystems, identification of organizational structures and key people, set-up of competitors’ benchmarks.
Client relations: support, advice, loyalty-building and development.
Commercial duties
Client acquisition via a set of prospecting systems.
Expansion of activity opportunities with existing clients.
Budget appraisal, business proposals, negotiations, monitoring of the sales chain (quote/purchase order/invoice), set-up and follow-up of schedules.
The profile 
Three to five years of experience in the field of communication: advertising agencies, photo agencies, design studios, architectural firms, brands’ in-house design studios, etc.
Accomplished writer and negotiator, with an ability to summarize, and superior organizational skills.
Strong design and art culture, with a reliable understanding of the fashion and luxury industries.
Familiarity and autonomy with administrative tools, Microsoft office, and basic knowledge of Adobe Creative suite.
Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
A plus if you love skiing and you cycle to work.
