Yorgaki is the kafeinio of Paris – the only place to find true Greek coffee and the best tiropites in the city. To enjoy an ellinikos at home, we developed our coffee in Greece: a blend of Arabica beans from Brazil and Robusta from India, roasted and ground slightly more finely, on stone, following the traditional method.
